Swapnil Gadgil

With a background in information systems and commercial businesses, Swapnil co-founded Therapy Box in 2008. Swapnil has over 15 years of experience running Therapy Box, an award-winning assistive technology company that focuses on innovation for commercial and research-related projects. Swapnil oversees the delivery of projects within the Therapy Box brand, such as Predictable and Scene & Heard Pro, as well as for the brand, Skoodal (a range of education apps) and works closely with collaborators and partners at UK universities, international charities, and research groups and with non-profits including Unicef and the UNDP. Swapnil has interests in the use of machine learning within this area of technology, as well as applications of mixed reality headsets for use in products for accessibility. He enjoys collaborating with researchers and engineers looking at novel technologies and aiming to find ways to solve complex problems to make life easier for people with disabilities.
