Namrata Alandkar is a passionate technologist, accessibility advocate, and visionary innovator dedicated to creating inclusive digital experiences for children with disabilities. As the driving force behind Byte Bot AI, Namrata leads a multidisciplinary team committed to making coding education accessible to children with physical disabilities—particularly in the Arab region. With a background in software engineering and inclusive design, she combines technical expertise with human-centered thinking to ensure technology empowers, rather than excludes.
Her work stems from a clear belief: that every child, regardless of physical ability, deserves the opportunity to learn, create, and shape the digital world. Recognizing a critical gap in STEM education tools for children with motor impairments, Namrata envisioned Byte Bot AI as a game-based platform that teaches programming concepts using adaptive technology—such as eye tracking, head tracking, and switch input. Namrata’s contributions reflect her broader mission to create educational technologies that are not only innovative, but deeply inclusive—reflecting the needs of diverse learners and inspiring a new generation of empowered, tech-literate youth.
