Gasser Mohamed Galal Mohamed Ismail is a visionary innovator, engineer, and advocate for digital accessibility. With a strong foundation in technology and a passion for inclusive design, Gasser is the creator of IMouse—a groundbreaking assistive solution that enables hands-free computer control for individuals with physical disabilities. His work is rooted in empathy and personal experience, having conceived the idea for IMouse after suffering a broken arm in 2016 and confronting firsthand the limitations of traditional computer interfaces.
Driven by the belief that technology should empower, not exclude, Gasser combined advanced sensing hardware, intelligent algorithms, and user-centered design to create a system that allows users to control a computer using simple head and tongue movements. His innovation was recognized with the prestigious Mada Innovation Award, and he received development funding from the Mada Innovation Program, which helped bring IMouse from concept to reality.
