The camp aims to promote innovation among all children including children with disabilities.

Mada Innovation Team hosted the internship program for four students from Awsaj Academy. The program aimed to provide these students with valuable hands-on training and real-world experience. The internship lasted 40 hours for each student.
The participants in the internship were:
A.Mohammed AL-Kuwari (17 years old)
B.Mohammed AL Abdulla (18 years old)
C.Turki AL Merekhi (18 years old)
D.Abdulrahman AL Kuwari (17 years old).
Throughout the internship, the students had the opportunity to work within the Innovation and Service departments of Mada, gaining practical skills and insights into the organization’s operations, Mada Lab, Mada Fablab, Robotics etc. They were mentored and guided by professionals in their respective fields, allowing them to learn from experienced individuals.
The internship program aimed to enhance the students’ abilities, build their confidence, and provide them with a better understanding of the 21st century workplace environment. By engaging in hands-on tasks and projects, the students could apply their theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills relevant to their chosen fields.

Mada innovation Team took part in Microsoft Summer Bootcamp 2023 final ceremony as a Jury Member for the final Hackathon. The Mada Innovation Team supported the mentoring of the bootcamp participants and provided a comprehensive knowledge sharing session in Mada Lab in May 2023. Hackathon had two Mada Innovation use cases: Automated TTS (Text to Speak) application and Arabic OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

Abdulla Al Baker (MIC Member) has emerged as the winner of the hackathon with his groundbreaking idea, ‘GOZA’. Abdulla, a talented 13-year-old member of Mada Innovation Club, took up the challenge of developing a FINTECH solution for the buy now pay later feature for debit card users in Qatar.
Throughout the competition, Abdulla displayed his creativity, problem-solving skills, and unwavering determination. With the support and guidance of Mada Innovation Mentors, he turned his idea into a reality, impressing the judges and standing out among the talented participants.
